None of the GameStops near me have the $25 card, I've visited/called 4 of them and they claim to not even carry them, so I bought a $10 card from 1 and when I redeemed it I got nothing other than the RuneCoins i chose to get.

Jagex please make sure that before you offer a deal such as this that 1: All the stores you say will have the carda actually have them, and 2: The cards actually work.

Please give those of us who bought cards that did not work (for whatever reason) what we were told we would get and in the future please make sure the stores have the correct cards, the 1s near me only had $7.95, $10, and $22.50.

I just redeemed my RED pre-paid game card and I did not receive the items promoted through the in-game promotion. I was wondering why I did not receive the items. I did purchase my game card through Gamestop.

The same thing just happened to me. I redeemed the red $25 gift card I bought from Gamestop and didn't receive the items. I choose the 60 day and 32 spins option when I redeemed the card. When the *** says to redeem it between Nov 15 and Dec 2, are those days not included. I.E. since I redeemed the card on Dec 2 the promotion is over?

ok so the first card i got for this wasnt from gamestop. (walmart)
because banner said any card.

but i just got a 25$ one from gamestop and activated it and got nothing again. this one was from gamestop. so i have been ripped off by jagex twice from the same thing,

it looks like alot of people didnt get what you promised****./mrs. head of card promotions.
INVESTIGATE THEIR CLAIMS AND ACTIVATION TIMES.WE WANT WHAT WE PAID FOR.
you should make sure you have bugs worked out next time.
