Honestly jagex what is this rubbish?
You should go back in your histories and check who were members during all these cosmetic giveaways and give it to them, why must credti card RECURRING members be penalised? I've been a member for 8 years straight on multiple accounts. Why don't I get these things?

Another 3 months of prepaid membership. Now I'll be paid up until June 2013. It seems a little outrageous to only offer these things for people that buy more membership. What about those people that already have bought membership and do not want to keep buying more because they do not need it. I know of many players, including myself, that are frustrated by this. This fact is making you loose business. Fortunately for you I have a solution: Rather than allowing the money used on Runescape cards to be utilized solely for more membership time, make the money that we spend on Runescape cards usable for the Solomon store, Sequel of fortune, as well as more membership. This will greatly improve your business and make many players happy. Think about it.

I know that Northern Ireland is a fairy tale made up by tourists to the English but did you really have to go and give the cards to the store where the only one within 50 miles is in an Airport and is unlikely to stock them? Listen if this is about Runefest I'm sorry, okay?

I agree with the majority. My whole family plays Rs so I pay for 4 memberships via credit card. That's Money Jagex can count on. So it has a bit of a sting when These card offers come out.
Maybe a good solution would be to offer the same items in the loyalty stores?

Heyyyy...now that's an idea. I think chaching4630 has a great idea!! I was thinking the very same thing myself. I recently bought the scarecrow mask (way cool item tyvm) and i'm payed up till april 2013 myself too. I dont think i'll buy the staff because i'm already prepaid for quite a long while. I would, however, consider buying it if i could use the $25 dollar card towards the Solomon's store because there are a few items and emotes that i am very tempted to buy. IF given the choice to spend the $25 bucks on Solomon's Store and still get the promotional staff, i'd jump at it. Seems like a win win.
Make it happen, Jagex. i know you can do it ;)

this freaken blows.... i just bought a 25 dollor card.... even though i am paid up to feb ( longer now) just to get the staff so i can do the emote...
now i find out it has to be bought at just 3 named stores... even though the damm cards are the same? ( hey its a 25 dollor card what does it matter where u buy them at..) i dont like those stores so i dont go in them...
and i bet there is gonna be a ton of wanna be mod children who wil make stupid remarks about it
i say if i bought a 25 buck card i should get the damm staff hair cut and emote..

You guys ever think that this is more of a "support" for their card carrying retailers than for the players? Sure the pixels are the enticement, but I guess they also don't want to lose actual stores who carry their cards.

more RWT (real world trading) eh Jamflex? and not even anything for the loyal ones anyway buy a card insta loyalty points + limited time offers! pay month to mounth for 10yrs afew pts every month

i see you seem to like to kiss up to the unreliable people over your life long customers well just remember when you start going out of buissness from taxes or whatever dont ask for donations from us becuase we'll remember what you do to us
and this is a spite against certian people i have nothing against rs but there isn't even anyone left from the original Rs crew anyway
