i would prefer to get a Jmods attention :) even a Forum Mod, not your negative rubbish that..really doesnt help anyone xD
since your such a paladin for jagex, defend the fact that very few of the stores they have on thier store locator have the actual *instore game cards* on thier site :) why shouldnt they be on the site, other games have thier cards on the site. During the scarecrow offer poor Game which did have the *red card that works* on thier store, were constantly out of stock.
i would happily buy the card online and get the physical card posted to my door, but majority of thier supposed *applicable stores* dont have the cards on thier search engine or are *if your lucky enough to find them* out of stock,
jagex, atleast increase the stock and ensure all stores have thier sites updated instantly with the physical card so we can get them posted :) thank you

I'm not going to rage against this but yeah, this isn't good. You guys have been pushing the bounds of what counts as not "paying for an in-game advantage". This is just another step in that direction.

Also, as others have said, if you really are going to keep doing these promotions it should also be for those who pay constantly by credit card. If you want to make sure that people are members for the 3 months or whatever the bigger cards are for, then just make it so that after the next 3 months are up anyone who was a member during that whole time gets the item.
I repeat. My idea is to do much like the summer bonuses where anyone who was a member for a certain amount of time gets the item or promotion at the conclusion of that time span.
It was done for the super summer thing so why can't it be done with every promotion.

^ FailGeX does not read nor take ANY player feedback. They 'pretend' that they do in order to save face. They do whatever they feel like, then tell all the players that "other players" supposedly wanted something the way they made it. Because, it's so blatantly obvious that these door-nails can't handle criticism for their blunders. When's the last time you ever seen a "Guarenteed Content Poll"? Everybody figured out it was rigged, and they nixed those.
The bottom line is that nobody has straight answers at FailGeX, because nobody there knows what is going on. They're just 'following orders' by whomever is signing their paychecks. All this game is to them is a job now. It's been commercialized by psychopaths.
As for those people looking for J-Mod posts, you'll notice they've been scouring this thread hiding stuff, but not responding. But assuredly, they're reading some of it in order to maintain 'order' on their forums. Clan:

In case you're too infantile to read, I'm not defending Jagex, I have already stated that I, too, feel that members who pay by monthly credit card should get the same, or equivalent, benefits via loyalty shop items.
I was merely pointing out you have only yourself to blame for ******** up. The instructions were clear.
Deal with it.

I find it unfair that you can only get the card from those three stores even tho they sell them in other stores aswell. When I asked the guy at gamestop if they sold Runescape Game Cards he looked at me like I had a unicorn mask on or something. Other stores like 7-11 always have them in stock but are not part of the promotion... what the heck?

This makes me angry.
I pay for runescape several months at a time.
I bought the 100 days card when the ghostly skull came out, and I do not regret that, as it was awesome.
I don't remember the time between ghostly skull and the scarecrow mask, but I THINK it was about 80 or so days. So whilst still having my several months of gameplay that I payed for via credit card, I had 100 on top of that, then another 90 for the scarecrow mask.
And imo, the scarecrow mask was a terrible waste of money.
That was only a few weeks ago! Now there is another being released????

My concern is the fact that I'll have hundreds of days of gameplay stocked up for items that we do not get to see before. To me, the price is too high for that service. Existing memebers that choose to get these rewards are obviously already paying for the game, and are stockpiling on extra days membership for an item.
Which concludes me to think that Jagex are either trying to get more people to become members, or it's simply an expensive play to win item.
I've never said it before Jagex, i've stuck with, and agreed with you through all things, but this is starting to get frustrating.
P.S. Yeah, I'll probably still buy it...
