I also have the same question as Lady Varna, so I'm just going to repost her post as well.
"So when are you going to reward the loyal players who give you your "bread and butter" payments monthly by credit card? Those of us who have paid for years without a break in payment?

I've read up on the part where you can add the value of the card to your own membership; but who here wants to pay extra cash everytime Jagex comes out w/ more in-game exclusive content that requires the purchase of game card. Why can't people who were loyal for all these years paying w/ credit cards continuously get this content w/out the extra need of going out to get a card that cost more than our recurring memberships?

i bought and redeemed a game card from 7/11 and it was the 25$ card but i am not recieving my grand lightning pack. get back to me.

Please Runescape, WHY do you keep giving these advantages and prizes to people in U.K, U.S etc.? Your game card arnt even on sale elsewhere? WHERE THE HECK CAN I GET IT? I live in ASIA and pay for the membership too. Don't i have the rights to redeem the items too? At least you could let the game cards be on sale everywhere in the world so people can get treated equally. You are obviously siding with these few countries that they get more benefits, just because your company is there. Don't other people in the rest of the world also play R.S? Do we have a choice on whether the game cards are sale on our country? Do we always have to be jealous that other people can have the item but we can't? We are all paying members and we SHOULD be treated the same.
I am seriously disappointed in you guys. The skull, the katana, the scarecrow mask, ALL to YOUR benefit in these countries. PLEASE, be fair...

You said that you guys look on the forums and look at people's posts. I believe that MANY MANY MANY people already pointed this out, HOWEVER, you DID NOTHING to this issue. Can you not be selfish? Can you not limit the game cards sales on countries and sell it every country, or simply just let members get the items too? I know you want to promote the game cards, but dont you simply understand you're letting many people disappointed? Can you NOT be that stubborn? Can you let US, the members, that also PAY for this game to just get the items?

Same as everyone has been saying, it's not fair how paying by credit card members don't get a look in with these promotions. All we've had is one (albeit being '2 in 1') Ice Mask and that's it.
