Sorry to say I'm really fed up with this now. I would have thought that any company would hold customers on reoccurring memberships in high regard and ensure that offers and incentives were made available to these members.
I strongly feel that any offer that is put out on card sales such as this should also be made available through the loyalty points scheme.
I thought the word "loyalty" meant someone who stood by you and looked out for you.....so those of us on reoccurring membership do and we miss o** or have to fiddle about cancelling and restarting membership to take up offers like this.....simply not good enough imho.

Legitimate question (not a troll like the others >****; ) can you tell me how many days it has to be instead of the price, for example 90/100 days? also does it have to be from WH smith or can i get it from somewhere else. seeing as i dont have a WH smith nearby

No idea if anyone has said this or not.
Failgex is obviously getting desperate. The only reason they are doing this promotion is because they want to keep more members for the End of Combat.
Can anyone remember when a major loyalty update was released AND you got something in game for redeeming a game card? Oh yeah that hasn't happened.
FAILGEX YOU ARE STARTING TO BECOME A BIG PILE OF DOG CRAP WITH ALL OF THIS! IF THE MAJORITY OF MEMBERS WANT THE END OF COMBAT AS YOU SO CLAIM, THEN HOW COME YOU ARE DOING MULTIPLE PROMOTIONS ALL OF A SUDDEN? SOUNDS LIKE DESPERATION TO KEEP YOUR MEMBER BASE.
MEANWHILE YOU NEVER BOTHER MAKING A POLL FOR THE END OF COMBAT ON THE FRONT PAGE WHERE EVERYONE CAN SEE IT. YOU ALWAYS ADVERTISE FOR THE CRAPPY SQUEEL OF MISFORTUNE OR SOLOMON'S DEATH STORE IN THE GAME, YET THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THE SURVEY FOR THE END OF COMBAT IN THE GAME. THIS EVEN PROVES THAT FAILGEX DIDN'T TRULY CARE ABOUT WHAT PEOPLE WANT. MAKE A GODDAMN POLL ON THE FRONT PAGE AND LEAVE IT UP FOR A MONTH. GIVE US ALL THE RESULTS THEN WE'LL SEE IF THE MAJORITY OF THE PLAYER BASE TRULY WANTS THE END OF COMBAT.
