This SUCKS. I heard about the new combat update, and I thought, great, I'll just try it out. Now, I already set my JAG and I already linked my account. However, when i logged on today, it asked me to reregister. I ended up failing the questions, as they are questions from long ago. I checked my stats, and my device is STILL registered, but with a SLIGHTLY altered IP adress. Now, i cant try the new combat update for another 24 hours. Is there ANY way at all I can try to disable it?

Hi Rabbit6944 and others,
You can find information about JAG and what to do if you have a problem on this thread:
Jagex Account Guardian

I would also strongly advise you against posting personal information on the forums where it can be seen by everybody.

^ If JAG has locked you out of your own account, you need to send an email to jag@jagex**** requesting a reset. Include the following information in your email (do not post this here, you need to send it privately to Jagex):
• Explain your issue:
• JAG Answer 1
• JAG Answer 2
• JAG Answer 3
• JAG Answer 4
• JAG Answer 5
* What is the display name on the account?
• Where was the account created (including State)?
• What ISP (Internet Service Provider) was the account created under?
• What month and year was the account created?
• Have you moved to a different state/country/city since you created your account?
• What are the email addresses, postcodes (area codes) and names on the billing contact information?
• What is the earliest billing transactions ID you can remember?
Take some time to fill this in as best as you can. It’s particularly important for you to get at least 3 of your answers correct (typos are ok within reason, Jmods will understand what you mean).
If you don’t know what your JAG questions are, go to Account > Profile & Settings > Jagex Account Guardian and attempt to disable it yourself. As part of this process you will be shown all 5 of your questions.
JAG is NOT case sensitive, although it IS sensitive to the exact answer you gave when setting it up (spacing, punctuation, etc).
A Jmod will reply to your email within a day or so.
