hi my acc has been done in by accounnt gardian, i have 2 pcs in my house added to this gardian and i had a micra soft update now guess what i can get on my acc, i am not happy the account gardian dose not accept my recovery answers even tho i have put them in right, and i have email jadex and as usal get no reply so jadex, what am i suppose to do not im paying for membership and have had this acc for neerly 10 years i wish i had never added this account gardian to my account jadex i really think you need to sort this as im not fair i have even tryed rolling my pc back and it still dose not recognise my account HELP NOW PLZ PHILIP Ok so sighed up with Amazon do i have get prime when iam on that and will i get twitch prime and if so where is the code on twitch prime

there is a section security forum on how to appeal you have to answer questions for proof of ownership and email it them there is also an email add there to where you will send the details. i was locked for 5 days and now it's all smooth.

HELLPPP, right the whole account guardian thing is confusing me! and ive forgotten my answers, for some reason 10 minutes ago i was playing runescape (the downloaded version) fine but when i wanted to play the beta and whe i tryed to log in it said this address is not recognised so i tried to disable the guardian thing and i attempted it too many times and got it wrong so i just decided not to go through any hassle and just play normal runescape but it wont let me into that now either??!?! help please!!
