same problem
I have a problem with my runescape account
I can not enter to activate the security guard and lost my questions the real problem is not lost if you do not know the order and I decided to put the answers in pure numbers and not know the order of the questions I like and want runescape keep playing if I can help with a solution they are grateful

Yea... I hate this thing more than anything that's ever happened in Runescape. I added my one ip address to account guardian, and all the sudden I can't get onto it, even though I have the same IP. I do not have the answers because I noted down the answers in no particular order... so now I'm locked out of my account forever. Thanks so much for NOT creating a recovery system, because I know just about every other thing that's ever happened on my account but this update is the one to lock my acccount. Thank you so much for wasting a good 200 days of my life on just this account idiots.

[In response to the guy in the purple p hat a few posts above me] Yes, I did that exact same thing except I used different spacing and stuff for each question, but of course it didn't matter because they locked me out of my account along with anyone who tries to hack me.

tub and josue my story is exacly like yours.. i too chose numbers and never even thought of remembering the order.. they really need to do something about it , they should of atleast made a recovery page to try and recover it with your email or something, so that you can prove your the owner..
but if not i guess the accounts are locked and jagex will be losing some money.

Not impressed. Why can't you use SMS verification codes like fb? If you have to enter questions that you may not remeber you will create way more work then nessisary for your team and the consumer. I know a bunch of people will not be using this because they feel it is too much work to type a few responses every new devise, blame modern day. >\ Long overdue update!!!
