A good update for once and while I appreciate the extra security for my account and everything I won't be using this because the questions are too generic and virtually identical to those that I'd use for bank details. Frankly I don't think you guys are secure enough, so I'll refrain from using this.
However, if you should make it so that you can create your own questions/answers, I'll be getting this immediately.

hi Jagex and ty for the help you gave me when i did remember all answers, but forgot the questions they belong too, you told me more had the same problem so indeed, i dont feel so bad anymore, haha, this was the first time ever i needed help with something from Jagex and i must say, i am very pleased with how you helped me, ty for that .

Just wanna show my support for this new feature. There shouldn't be anything but awesome feed back here because this is truely an awesome update that does nothing but good and stops hackers in their tracks. Way to go Jagex! I am so glad that you have been able to make this possible.

I found it a pain at first, but once the device is listed it is no hassles at all.
My only suggestion was to add some extra (different) questions to choose from because to be honest some of the answers I can't remember solidly enough or the answers are a little ambiguous to be sure I would get them right next time, especially:
Where was my first holiday?
My favourite place to visit as a child?
My first best friend's first name?
My first video game?
Seriously my options started to run out! I mean, I could come up with answers for them but I wasn't 100% sure I would remember the exact answer I gave next time. I prefer questions like the mother's middle name/ oldest cousin's first name etc because these are facts that I can check if I ever forget...

I, myself having to deal with account hijackers. I know that heartbreaking feeling you get when your account is stolen. I wan'* to take this time to thank you. Mark Gerhard for giving us players a calm piece of mind and coming out with such a fantastic update.
