Also, For those who forgot their Answers, I have a solution that may work for you (It did for me)
Simply write yourself a note (on the computer) with the answers (be very vague about the questions, but still recognizable for you) and save that onto a cloud storage. (I used an alternate Gmail (sorry about saying that) account, not synced to this account. Copied my answers on to the cloud document. So I can access my answers anywhere, but it's still mostly hidden from my Main Email or account.) You'll want to do that almost immediately after or before you submit your answers, Just in case you have a bad memory.

i need help, i havnt been able to log into my account the day after ive activated this update with my account, it says i dont have the right device that ive saved it to and keeps trying to resend email basically, i havnt changed the ip thing or w/e but yet i cant reactivate it - because its the same one, the reason why i havnt deleted it or w/e to redo the add on is because i forgot my information if someone is able to help can you please help me out- particularly a mod or something

im trying to get JAG to send me the email to verify its me.
It is not working and will not send me any emails, also there is no way of knowing what email address is registered with my account.
this means i cannot log onto my account on ANY computer

Querido Jagex. JAG me cerró mi cuenta en el RuneScape por escribir mal mi email al querer entrar. Quería preguntarles si había alguna manera de que pudiera recuperárla, ya que pase mucho tiempo de mi vida en ella y no quiero per*érla. Por favor no me falles jagex. De: BrunoBerto.

JAG closed my account in RuneScape. I am so desperate to get it back, I spent a lot of time on that account, and I do not want to lose it. Please close my JAG so I can accompany them back to RuneScape. PLEASE CLOSE MY JAG! i really need my account :(
