Maybe You can help me. I was going through my email and I got another one of those fake Jagex messages threatening to fine me up to 2000 dollars and if you reply they steal your account. I dont know the email address to forward this to so it can be investigated.

This is a brilliant and much needed addition to the game. I've read several threads suggesting things that achieve the similar things, but this out-does them by far. Keep it up Jagex.

hey i need help my account is connect to fb so i cant get jagex guardian. if i make it a proper jagex account will it reset all my stats?

hi ive blocked my acc by useing jag ive sent numbers of emails and yet no reply from any of them i need help to unblock my acc.a player mod has been helping me but hes getting stuck now(strange hes a palyer mod).my hard drive blow up and all my info was on it i cand give u bank detales ive used for my members and my emails both of them plz help thx david

This has to be one of the top notch ideas I've seen from Jagex. As a victim of hackings on two separate occasions, I am very happy with this update because I've been playing Runescape my whole childhood; now if I ever have to take a long break from Runescape, I won't need to worry! Thanks jagex

Jagex I may have forgotten a Few of my JAG Guardian answers and unable to login, ive sent you emails but 8 hours later and no reply. Is there anything you can do to disable JAG on my account? please help!

Would just like to point out again that Rangers 54 has been locked out of his account and has not heard anything from the jagex team. Not sure if this is just a temporary delay due to other matters jagex staff are busy with or if his emails are not registering. Either way, I hope this gets resolved and that he can recover his account
