Love the idea of JAG, but I have a few questions for the Mods:
first off, the fact that you can NEVER change the security questions really does pose a security threat, just for the fact that in cyberspace, nothing can remain secure forever. Wouldnt it make more sense to allow a question change but make it a timed-out process? For example, every few months, Jagex could maybe come up with a new set of security questions that can be chosen and message all players using JAG that they have a window to change them, but only after passing the current JAG test. Or employ a permanent "Default Device" which is the only device that can make such changes.
Also, as other people have brought up, what happens if you forget your answers? I personally chose questions that I wouldnt have ambiguous answers to, but I apparently forgot my particular use of capital lettering since I failed my last JAG test. I think it would be appropriate to have a way, after having enough issues with JAG, to verify your submitted answers with a Mod by comparing them with the original answers to ensure that it isnt just a case sensitive issue or misspelling...
As I said, JAG is a great idea and I intend to use it to make sure I dont get hacked again, but it could definiately use a few tweaks...
Thanks...
