i found out how to do it. to reset jag you have to message jagex. they have an email made for jag. you have to message them. thanks i lovehceese5 for taking time to help me.

How do i send jagex a message directly?
I've registered my account with account with "Jagex account guardian" and i cant now disable it, i keep getting 24 hour access decided.
PLEASE HELP!

When will Jagex release Botany Bay? Because I can't stand the amount of bots that I'm competing with.
Please Jagex hurry up and release it. You said you would get rid of the bots but you lied.

I like the part when it protects your account, but when you forget your answers, it's just bad luck... Yeah.. That happened to my account. I can't even use it anymore..

this **** sucks i want to disable it nothing with problems a little piece of advice to even add it unless ur geting hacked or stuff than yea but dont put temporily put permante cuz temporily sucks im having so much problems with temporaey
