Forgot 1 JAG question and have been locked out of my 7 year account for 8 days,membership paid btw.
E.Mailed jagex with, when account was made*** number i'm using to pay mems,year it was made,where it was made,my isp when it was made,my phone number,the 2 answers i knew were right,my mains and alts bankpins,and my address.
Jagex confirmed the 2 ***wers were right but need 3 to get me back in game.
I offered to go for a DNA test but they refused
After much tooing and froing E.Mails i recieved a message my account was no longer blocked and to disable jag and answer 3 questions,think i been here before.
Finally i got an E.MAIL from a different Mod telling me to do what the Mod told me to do 6 days ago,including answering my 3 JAG questions.
What have you got to do to prove ownership of your account..2 answers that have TRILLIONS of options answered correctly,and all that info..this system makes me weep.
