there is a thread in security forums, you have to fill up something first man and send thru email.

Been locked out of JAG for the last 4 days...tried loads of advice and been sent in circles just because i forgot 1 JAG answer after IP address change.
Good lord,get this pile of rubbish off the game.
If you don't believe a player who can give you CC details ,bank pins in game,alts bankpins i despair.
Just make a hidden forum so players can post the relevant details and stuff this annoying system.
Membership is just disappearing (for the sake of forgetting 1 lousy answer)only11 more days to take without me being able to play.

hello..an u please help me..i cant access my accoint....i enabled JAG but forget my recovery questions.....thrs has also been 1user from the same ip adress...but i hvnt been able to get in for days now....please help me...it wont let me add a device because iv forgettn my recovery question..thers are no othe devices that can access m account..i have no way of playing runescape on this account..please help!!!!

benny, how did jagex help u with ur account? i hav the same issue forgotten my answers and have no devices added to m account...which means cant play rs HELP!!

i cannot seem to access my accout...i enabled JAG but i forgot my recovery question...and now its been days and i still hvnt accessed my account....i have 3 attemps which i always fail..because i forget my recovery questions....please help me....there are no devices enabled to access my account...thers has always been one user, from one latop..from the same internet user/adress name..please help me

Yeah it has been almost 2 weeks since i started to send my complaints about the JAG and i still cant enter runescape so please help!!! I still cant activate my account on a different computer and i cant deactivate JAG because i cant figure out ANY of my recovery questions so please help ASAP thank you
