I loved this feature until 3 months later my ip changed and i forgot 1 of the questions because i dont know is its a spelling error or what but ive been locked out for a week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its funny, ive been locked out of my account on my computer which is an authorised on my jag guardian, i authorised my computer ages ago but when i try to log onto it, it says my computers and unauthorised device yet when i go into my account on the homepage my computer is in my list of authorised computers

skillz, from now on just log on through the homepage and you SHOULD be fine!

I havent played in a while and i wanted to check up on my account on my main computer. But the account guardian did not recognize a computer that has already been registered and locked me out. And since i havent played in a while i also forgot my 3 question answers as well and now i cant log in at all. Any tips or ideas would be aprreciated.

I set up Jag guardian a few months ago and all has been good. I went home for Thanksgiving break and I wasn't allowed to login until I correctly answered my Jag guardian questions. The only problem is, I don't remember all of the answers for them since some of the question choices are hard to answer. No my account is locked and I can't play. What Can I do? My account is locked for another 6 hours before i can try again, but Im afraid the same thing will happen. Please help me Jagex Mods!

Alright, so I just got a new laptop. I tried to get on RS and unfortunately forgot one of my Jag questions. Now I am locked out of my account for 24 hours? UGHHHH I'm guessing there isn't any other way to get into the game or anything is there? I'm even looking at my old laptop (which can't run RS at the moment, due to the recent EOC causing my laptop to crash for some reason). Can anyone help? :/
