Hi all at least you get to play Runescape :( I didn't remember an answer to a question that I had set up to add a divice and I got locked out. Now I can't play I think for 24 hrs. I want all devices removed so I can play :( I missed all day playing...send jgex an email about me not knowing an answer to a question. I dont remember me ever having a question like that mine were all so easy. HAPPY Thanksgiving all. My acct is doomed that i have had since 2000. somene told me that that if I do not get this answer then my acct is lost forever. :( :( im so upset....

I wrote mine down on a piece of paper and I went in the hospital and somehow it got lost on my desk or thrown out. The question I don't even recall setting up. I remembered the 1st 2 lol..I sure hope I dont loose this acct. I can accesss it on my laptop thank Goodnesss but I spend more time on my desktop at my desk. We shall see ..thank you all for your time..I still have aobut 8 hrs before my 24hrs are up for them to respond to me... I was locked out for 24 hrs... HAve a great day ... :)

It's such a bad idea to have up to 5 questions Mod Mike. I can't seem to enable JAG unless if I know what kind of questions I reveal. The problem: I rather not answer those questions due to security issues (questions can be easily be reveiled on social media sites.... well most of them). That lead to my account being hacked and scammed. I am glad that Jagex made that an option to enable or disable questions. But my suggestion would be to have a code generated to the primary (optional: secondary) e-mail and listing a trusted device - Thats how Steam Powered does it.
@Fins84 - You have been highlighted for hack/scam websites (malicious). Runescape will not appreciate you sending those sites while you intend to steal. There is no such thing as free membership. I don't recommend others to go to that website. All website advertisements are forbidden in the forums due to security reasons.
