Im sad because I forgot my answers..now I can't add devices. Though I can play but only in my house. IM JUST ASKING WILL YOU PLEASE ADDRESS OUR CONCERN ON THE FORGOTTEN RECOVERY QUESTION ANSWERS. BECAUSE GENERALLY SOMETIMES WE COMMIT HONEST MISTAKE OF FORGETTING AND NOW DOOMED AT THE MERCY OF CHANCES THAT WE WILL REMEMBER OUR ANSWERS. THIS MAKE MY ACCOUNT NOT VERY SECURED TO BE HONEST. WHAT WERE YOU THINKING OF MAKING THE ANSWERS UNCHANGEABLE???? IT IS PURELY NOT LOGICAL.

I have a slight problem here Jagex, every night I turn my modem off before i go asleep and turn it back on again in the morning and the ip changes each time it is turned off and on again, but without realising i set my JAG as permanent without a clue and thought what was the recovery answers i had set. Please get back to me asap.
I NOW CANNOT LOG ONTO MY ACCOUNT BECAUSE I HAVE A DIFFERENT IP ADDRESS, AND FORGOTTEN RECOVERY QUESTIONS

I have every detail and information that is connected to my account apart from the fact i forgot my recovery questions, and cannot change my JAG because i set 1 device to permanent.

I have just found a problem with JAG.
My niece (who lives with us) asked if she could have a members account which I have arranged for her. This is a new account. We went to set recovery questions for her account only to find this service is no longer available. We were directed to JAG.
I have tried JAG on my account but ended up not using it because I found the questions too limited, with most being ones I wouldn't use or wouldn't remember. If we could write our own questions I would use JAG.
The problem we have is that my niece cannot set recovery questions for her account unless she uses JAG which we don't wish to do at this time. Could we please have the Recovery Questions enabled again?

They cannot hack you without your ********, and they can't change your ******** because they don't have access or know your email.

What happens if you break your computer, the only one that can access that account? Can you change the settings from another computer ?
