What happens if I forget my security questions?
1.Your security questions cannot be changed once set. We strongly advise that you choose memorable but hard to guess answers. If you are unable to recall your security answers, you will not be able to make any further changes to JAG; this includes adding and removing devices.

Ok I’m not the brightest cookie out there. I have forgotten which question that went with my answers. I need to disable to add another laptop. Can someone help me reset the question? I know my security answers that I set months ago and last 6 ********* and both e-mails address.
This is truly a awesome security update but there should be a back door some were for ppl like me..
I would hate to see my last 9yrs of playing die with this computer.
I realy know the answers to atless 4 of the question ......Plz help!!!!!! .•*´`

JAGEX.... some J-mod plz help me i forgot my answers for the questions >.< regret not being morer careful can you please somehow disable my jag security thing or in someway e-mail me with my registered e-mail to contact me or send me contact info or somthing idk im frustrated right now just want to contact one j-mod that can help me please reply either here or in e-mail =[

The JAG is a revolutionary thing for runescape. The day it came out, I saw hackers in full force before the public caught on. My account was attempted to be hacked the day I activated JAG and it would have been lost to some hacker who used a virus. Thankfully, my antivirus picked up minutes later after scanning the file. Even though I must go through a lengthy process (to play runescape, that is.) everytime I play it on a different computer it has saved my account and it was the best update since the armor update.
This is Runescape! Have fun! Dont hate or hack ;D

I forgot one of my security answers on jag and now I cant disable it. what if something happens to my laptop? then I lose my 6 year account? Please fix this.. Maybe allowing a device thats already trusted to disable without the questions?

When adding devices does JAG take the IP address and use that? ..
My ISP keeps changing my IP address every few days, so that'd be a problem for me. I'm having the same issue on Guildwars 2 as they take the IP address for their security measures as well. So if I turn on JAG and it using the IP address, I'll constantly need to add my computer every time the address changes.
Could somebody enlighten me on this please? I don't want to turn this on or even start fiddling around with it, in-case I suddenly get locked out because of my ISP's security measures and foibles.
