please someone help me ,there has to be a way of changing the questions,what if i forgot one of the question,im a human not a machine to remember them for as long as im playing runescape.please just send the questions or do something i beg you.

I want to use JAG but when I send an email to start the process nothing comes back to my account I have set up with Jagex for email and it doesn't go to my spam folder either. So I have no idea where to go from here to get it going. Please help. Ive tried your Support page without any sucess as the thread i need to leave the message in is locked.
PS all my other jagex mail comes to me without fail.

i activated the acct guardian and answered all 3 questiions right and it said one or more answers were wrong now i have to wait 24 hours before being able to sign in to my acct and hope it doesnt say it tomarrow. if thats is the case i want the acct guardian deactivated. i have been playing for 5 years now and have to deal with what may be a glitch and have prepaid for 6 months. hates this update!!!!!!!!!

I had to turn this off, and it took days!!!

1st even after i printed out the page so i would not forget the questions nor the answers, it still would not let me add another computer.
2nd i went to change my ********. it messed with that also. i had to use an old 1 that i had in the past. i do not like repeating them.
3rd all this kept me from playing on any computer for like 3-4 days.
cant this be made easier and cant we get it right? i mean it was hard just skyping and not playing. ugh worst times o me life!!!
Hey, I wanted to set up JAG 20 minutes ago but i could find an email in my inbox. I tried to resend but it says there are to many requests. Could somebody help me out? Thanks.
