Hi! Mod Mike :) I'm having the same problem as Lillygal. I also activated my acct,answered all questions right and I had to wait 24 hrs also which I did and then I tried to log on again and said access denied , 1 or more incorrect answers, I didn't answer the questions incorrect. Tried again today and it said you have unsuccessfully answered your recovery questions too many times please try logging in again tomorrow. I know if I log in tomorrow the same thing will happen. Could you please look into this and let me know if I've overlooked something. Thank you

The damn thing is still asking me a question I never set. "What was your first vacation/holiday?" I never set that one, I made all of them rather easy to remember so I'm quite certain about this. It does not have an answer that would have been programmed into it. And it keeps asking me this one instead of having all 3 being ones I DID set and thus have an answer for.
And if I did set it and just completely, entirely forgot the answer, then hopefully Jagex could send me a message confirming this? Because I remember the answers to all the other questions fine. I do -not- remember setting the vacation/holiday question. I just really want to disable this cursed thing and never bother with it again.

Hello i am having similiar issue as Angel 2607, i work through a lan at home, there are issues with loading a 'secure' webpage, they partially load then stall. i went to laptop using a dial up connection, no problems loading anything or setting up Jag. however when i went back to main pc on lan, i could still not load a secure webpage to access the jag options to add a device. i went back to laptop/dial up loaded the new client, at this point i wanted to disable the jag security, it asked the questions for this laptop that was allready registered with jag. i answered them correctly and told me each time they were wrong. now im lockd out with a machine that was registered. btw, i tried same laptop connected to the lan and had same issues with the secure website loading.
i just renewed my subscription then got booted. is there anyway you or i can disable this untill the lan issues are cleared up?

This isn't even that helpful...It registers the IP address of the device your using. When my internet connection resets/disconnects JAG makes me have to register my laptop again because my IP address changes, it's so annoying having to always re-register because my IP changed so I just turned this feature off

attention JAGEX,
i don't know why is this happening but i can't log into my account even on an authorized computer, asked me about adding the same computer and i did with the answers but every time i enter them they say they are wrong and i'm pretty sure they are right,i don't want this JAG so please i want it deactivated please,
