What happens if I forget my security questions?
1.Your security questions cannot be changed once set. We strongly advise that you choose memorable but hard to guess answers. If you are unable to recall your security answers, you will not be able to make any further changes to JAG; this includes adding and removing devices.
Ok I’m not the brightest cookie out there. I have forgotten which question that went with my answers. I need to disable to add another laptop. Can someone help me reset the question? I know my security answers that I set months ago and last 6 ********* and both e-mails address.
This is truly a awesome security update but there should be a back door some were for ppl like me..
I would hate to see my last 9yrs of playing die with this computer.

hey guys i have setup this guardian for my account and well i have had to re-install windows to my laptop now i try and access my account on runescape it says i have to enable my guardian to this device but i cannot remember my answers to my questions please some1 help? thanks
iv been like 2 days and cant play it now so you now
it would be like 6-7 years of my account and hard work for nothing and i would of lost all my earned items off it
A bit late for this.
I got hacked less than a few months back and lost all my good members gear cash and some items in the bank that added up to an estimated 15 mill
the person took everything from me. Since then i havn't bought membership again i've been less motivated to play this game, and on top of that i've learned my lesson and have been keeping my computer scanned and cleaned... but there's one problem. Unlike WoW i can't simply get any of my precious items recovered.
And that's what is truly sad.
The Account Guardian is a good idea, but is only useful to users with a fixed ip address.
Some isps, including mine, dynamically allocate an ip address and it changes from day to day. Each time it changes I have to go through the security rigmarole and it has soon become irritating. I wonder how many thousand ip addresses my isp has .... no, on second thoughts I don't want to find out, I'll turn off the Account Guardian and keep idiots out by lengthening my pass word with a nice random selection of letters and numbers.
Eat that hackers!
When the registered computer bites the dust, where does that leave you? I have yet to see an answer to that question. Many people only HAVE one computer, imagine that...
