GoChicago716: maybe keep trying until you don't get that question. you only have to answer three was it? Then you should be able to get the questions you know the answer to.

GoChicago716: Jagex might not fix this because it might allow hackers back onto Runescape accounts. When you were given the recovery questions its your job to remember them however you can.

Jagex says they care if a persons account is hacked, anybody thats had thier account hacked and lost everthing knows they don't. The owners of World of Warcraft care because they will replace everything that was stolen, as they know it costs them nothing to do it and they don't want to loose your business. I know people who have also closed thier account because they were hacked reported it to jagex and surprise surprise to this day 2 years later they still haven't received a reply, please don't get me wrong runescape is a great game and I loved playing it until I lost everthing and I just wish jagex would look after thier customers insted of just saying it.

GoChicago716, I'm not sure, Jagex might find a way to fix this but who knows they're planning :P

Unlucky6t9er: Jagex is unable to do that because it would ruin the runescape economy. If they knew who the hacker was and found your stuff and knew for sure that it was, then they'd be able to give it back to you. With the account guardian now its wayy less likely that people can steal your stuff in the first place, just gotta remember the answers to your recovery questions :P

I forgot my security questions, and my laptop broke so I am now unable to access my account at all. Could you guys create a system sort of like deleting a bank pin? Like make it so the JAG will be removed in 5 days and you can cancel it at any time? I would really appreciate if you guys did this.
