I've just recieved a 24 hour denied access because of this 'Jagex Account Gaurdian' although i KNOW my answers and i'm the only one who does know these answers. I'm using the same computer i've already registered before too? I've played from this computer on this account before with JAG being there, and this has denied me? what's going on? Sort it out Jagex.

I've been looking for some answers on my PMod status for quite some time now. An year ago, I was contacting many JMods about my inquiry to become a PMod for the game, and received great feedback. Months ago (since March 2012), I was told that I should be expecting a message in my message center from Community Management in regards to this.
I've written long letters/applications expressing my desire for PMod status, and the responses I have gotten back from Jagex Mods have been fantastic. I'm just wondering if this is actually getting taken care of, or if all this was just to brush me off for another time. Please get back to me as soon as possible.

Thank you for making this. I have always been afraid of losing my account to those who want to steal it for botting and money. I'm also happy Jagex made it able to be used on other computers as I use at least 3 different computers to play Runescape on them

You should always right down your answers if you think you might forget them. There's a chance you might not be able to get your account back.

I have a jagex account guarden on me but I had but what filled out I did not know that it was necessary and now is me account every day 24 hours blocked and I don't know what I need to do HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP I just want to play

hi mark got a question.I recently signed up for account guardian and added my computer to it.its the computer i use all the time and i dont change nothing.the other day i went to my parents for supper and tried to get on to runescape from my dads laptop.it told me to add it to the guardian.i then got an email and told me tof ollow the link to add it.i clicked the link then it asked me for my security questions.i never wrote them down seeing the questions that i picked only i would know.i forgot one or more of the answers so it said access denied try again in 24 hrs.so i left my parents house and went home and went on my computer to try and sign in seeing how it says any trusted device will still work. tried to sign in and boom says it doesnt recognized my device. please tell me what i am suppose to do now.
