North/South Wall Shooters
This is the easier one to set up and envision. The diagram shows a NW shot by forcing the penguin to go in that direction
The SW and SE are blocked by players/pet or by the wall. The penguin has but two choices - NW or NE. If it chooses NE, it will wind up in the spot labeled in the diagram below:
Now the NE and SE directions are blocked. The penguin still has two choices. SW leads back to where the penguin started. NW leads out of the shooter in precisely the direction you wish it to go.

It is recommended to stay in position unless you are absolutely sure the penguin will not bounce back SW when choosing NW or NE. That means it came to a full stop. Penguins have become quite a bit more bouncy when hitting obstacles, and they often travel back in the opposite direction they just traveled.
If the player Z furthest south is not careful, they might allow the penguin to escape heading SW. ~ Bill
