This would make me feel warm and fuzzy inside but I know it's probably written by someone at IVP and not Mod MMG. Jagex track record has been quite horrible lately and I can't believe a word they say anymore.

Looks like little people actually read it all - I did, and I have regained my trust in JaGex as a company.
If microtransactions generate money for the company to support the creation of game updates that I will be able to enjoy in the future, then I support them.
Thank you for responding to the concerns of your players. I've missed JaGex being personal with the community. That's why I like this post.

Could you maybe let Microtransactions interfere less with players who don't want anything to do with them?
For example:
no goblin when you log in ( even when you still have spins ).
Ads about sizzling summer and other promotions will have a ''never show again'' message.
Maybe give microtransaction their own forum where complaints, suggestions and feedback can be posted ( like you did to solomon store ).
also, making more threads like this. I am sure I'm not the only one who likes to know what you guys are up to, especially when it comes to bots and account security, but also to microtransactions and bots.
And maybe try when releasing new sof/SGS updates to give them along with ingame content. This way people who dislike microtransactions focus less on it and focus more on the ingame content they've gotten. <-- On the forums I've already seen some people not minding MTs as much if they got ingame content with it rather than a MT filler.
I hope these suggestions are constructive enough and that you can do something with them.

I haven't read that one yet (I see it's very recent) - I've profiled it though and I'll have a read later!

"Equally, many of you will know our past initiatives against botting and gold farming cost us millions of players, and certainly tens of millions of dollars."
Is this a reason why nothing has been done about the bots now? Tens of millions of dollars is a lot of money!
Is Optimus happening?

"Over the coming weeks we will be holding a number of live Q&A sessions for you to air your views. We'll let you have more details on these later this week."
I hope for one about the future plans of Solomon's General Store.
The reason being is that I spent at least a year maintaining, adding to and bumping a loyalty program suggestion thread that never had my ideas see the light of day.
Now I have a SGS pet suggestion thread and I am wondering if it'll all be in vain because Jagex may not be interested in developing pets to sell in Solomon's Store.
Most of my ideas are creating new categories of rewards, and the loyalty program was clearly not going to have new categories of rewards. So I wonder if Solomon's General Store will be the same way.
It is what it is. I pick and choose my battles. I am not going to fight against SGS or SOF right now. I really don't like SOF because of the gambling aspect, but I am not concerned over other players blowing hundeds, maybe a thousand dollars on spins trying to get 99 in a skill.
