I SINCERELy hope that this *chance* is to help jagex choose what to release, not releasing actual OP stuff into the game... *shudders*
Also, inb4 people scream how the *chance* is unfair if not everyone gets it even though we all think it's stupid to release overpowered stuff via membership

Jagex only implemented this because of money and because they know people are lazy and would buy it rather then honestly earn it like most people would who's from Louisiana WHERE WE EARN OUR STUFF! Maybe yall should try earning stuff too for once, work a hard day and you'll have a newfound respect for stuff.
