The bonus exp is going to be like mad march necklace, I highly doubt that Jagex us going to had out 350k lamps. Personally I can't wait for the update, and Im glad that i pay for membership. The only people that have a right to complain are the veterans who worked their ***** off for 99s, without the help of extra exp.
Anyone else complaining has no right in my opinion..

This is truly pathetic. Now giving away over 1 million xp and items if you just don't quit? This is no longer a game, but an endurance contest.
Desperation has a distinct odor, jagex... not generating enough income to keep the puppetmasters happy? Surely your free trial worked out, didn't it? All new accounts get 2 FREE weeks worth of membership, and are SURE to continue as members when you offer them 75% off the subscription price, arent they? Or was it just hundreds of thousands of gold farmers and bots that took advantage of such generous free offerings?

I'm cancelling all memberships I have. I am a 9 year (over multiple accounts) veteran. This game has been ruined by American investors who know nothing about the game. I'm sorry Jagex, but Runescape is officially dead.
The microtransactions and membership rewards are what led to this. The same reason many people are losing faith in the game.
To the investors - Your greed is pathetic. Yeah, you're going to make more on microtransactions than memberships. I get that. But then the game will die, and you blood sucking leeches will have to move to another business.

Guys you need to read it carefully. it isnt 700k altogether but 1,050,000exp.
End of august = 350k
End of september = double the exp you have already recieved = 700k
350k+700k = 1,050,000exp.
Not sure whether to like or dislike this update, but ill accept its better than sgs.
