* Level 120 Divine Skill Emotes *

Any player who reaches 99 Divination is able to reset Divination to level 1, and in doing so unlock a Divine Emote for 1 skill they have reached level 120 in.

This can be done as many times as necessary until the player has reached 120 in every skill.

Divine emotes would be similar to level 99 or level 120 skill mastery emotes, except the player will be floating throughout the animation and temporarily transform into the elite skill outfit related to that skill. The animation would probably last around 5 seconds on average.

This is my suggestion and I'm happy if Jagex staff use it as a foundation & brainstorm it to be tweaked to actually be possible in some way.
