It's not discrimination, it's fact. The Chinese pride themselves on this. As for Pip's post... "They do not foresee.." which means they don't yet know not please stop Nexus, you seem to give the impression you know more about all of this that the rest of us when Jagex staff don't know themselves!

The British economy is already in the black partly because of foreign businesses buying up and moving them overseas and as we all know the American investors in Jagex are all about money and always have been.

I need to go out now but I'll be back tonight because I want to know from "Those in power" what is happening.

Players can leave in thousands but if they introduce a crap tonne more MTX they'll still be in profit zone. Especially if they exploit OSRS and the fact it currently has none by adding some.

That highly depends on players buying into said MXT. Even if they push more MXT there is only a finite supply of disposable income for players to use. And players who want to buy into MXT will buy into it. Players that don't buy into MXT no matter how much they push will not buy into it.

Losing more income for gaining no extra income doesn't make any sense business wise. I'm a big entropy fan.

Jagex staff don't know themselves! Jagex staff know more than you might realize, however, they're only permitted to release information about it that they have been given permission to. They have an NDA to adhere to.

Jagex already said it's not an April Fool's in the original thread. Plus, the fact news sites posted about it before jagex even mentioned it kinda gives you a clue. It would be quite the elaborate April fools joke for sure, and no doubt would go down in the history books. ^_^

Besides, I think America vs China type of comments should not be allowed on the forums at all. They are more towards racial discrimination and fueled by politics instead of whats related to the game.

This is not some political forum for you to rant about what some foreign country like America is doing to some other foreign country like China, and vice versa.

I pity the buyers, there's absolutely no way they'll profit from buying Jagex for 300M USD. Jagex just had one of their most successful years to date. How do you figure that they won't make any profit?

Are people forgetting that they don't need to earn 300m to earn profit? Are people forgetting about the 300m asset (Jagex) they would have? If they hold onto Jagex for 5 years, and then sell it to someone else, they'll have their 300m (maybe more, maybe less) plus all the profit from the last 5 years.
