LMAO! The Guthixian lack of support here I totally understand, but sadly that would be the only hat I would buy. I wouldn't pay what they're asking though which seems to be almost unanimous in this thread. I've been reading through pages here and seems like a lot of the same things over and over.

1. The price is highway robbery ("premium" or otherwise)
2. Gold members should get the cosmetic free (it is a promotional item)
3. Nobody wants to buy one on a hope that the faction they want might be the cosmetic.
4. No Guthix cap. Obviously this was a mistake based on how many posts I read calling for it.

Neena, some J Mods mentioned a few months back that Jagex was working out a way to buy things from the merc* store with bonds. However, now there's an item promo and still no sign of any way to purchase them with bonds.

Is there any way Jagex will allow players to purchase the hats and cosmetic with bonds, or if that is not possible then just the hat. I'm not particularly interested in the hat (although if it was buyable with bonds I might grab 2 for my little sisters), but missing out on the cosmetic because I can't afford $40 is pretty annoying, especially since the main reason I got the gold membership was to make sure I wouldn't miss any promos when low on cash.

why would you want to wear that? wearing that you would be seen as a; counterfeiter and get jailed, nerd and get bullied or a gang member and get killed.....

prices arnt bad tho the best I would buy this for would be to keep at home
£25 is something I wouldn't mine for "premium" quality

Wow....

An insane price for a simple cap, coupled with insane shipping costs to AU, coupled with the the almost ZERO cosmetics you've given to us gold premium players this year compared to previous years. Like seriously, ugly wings that go with nothing, and a lava suit that should have been released with the hood when you first made it and one extra spin a day (big whoop).

At least give us access to previous cosmetics or something new, or at least take us out to dinner first before you [redacted] us over. :\

I don't see any point in ever getting gold membership next year if this is how you're doing things.

I wonder how unemployed you have to be to hate on Jagex for releasing a piece of premium wear along with a little in-game bonus item. Chill out, people. Jagex isn't forcing anyone to buy these.

I'll be buying a Zamorak cap, and yes, I'm going to wear it proudly because if you like something but don't have the stomach to show it, you can get out.

i'd rather just pay for the cosmetic to be honest (not at the that price.) not to offend anyone but i personally would be too embarrassed to wear these in public and its not even obvious what they mean when you look at them ,unless you're a runescape fan and then the awkward conversation to my family that i bought a zamorak cap. i know people have commented alot on the price and i have to agree with them a cap would not cost that much anywhere else people will only just buy these for the in game item most probably, i do not agree with this at all.

member I'd feel a little cheated if we didn't get access to the new in-game cosmetic item. I bought the membership under the premise that I was going to be covered for all content and exclusive items. I really can't recall the last exclusive item and/or benefit I've received from said membership.

I personally like the look of these caps, I might even end up buying one if I'm bored one night. I'd probably just stick a nail in the wall above my computer and hang it there in my man cave (game room).

JaGex, please hear me out

. I've been a long time player of this game across several accounts as I'm sure the majority of people commenting on this thread are. I'd like to feel more valued as a player if that makes sense. These money making incentives you're throwing out can be a little insulting at times and I find myself thinking back to the old days where you were a simple but honest game producing company. This isn't a rant at you as a company, just a message from a saddened player. You've lost the fun.
