When will I get my cap?
If the cap you choose is in stock, it'll be dispatched the next day from the UK.
If I order more than one, will each of my purchases count towards the faction competition?
Yes, each order will count as a vote for that faction.
How will I get my in-game item?
You'll receive a code to the same email address you used to place your order. This code can then be redeemed in-game. All the instructions on how to redeem will be send along with your code!
What will the in-game item be?
A faction-themed head-slot cosmetic. Its look will vary depending on which god is the most popular. We're letting our artist go wild with what it looks like, so expect something suitably awesome!
When will I get the in-game item?
Since we won't know which one we're making until this offer ends, the in-game cosmetic won't be available immediately. We're aiming to have it made around a month after the offer ends.
A voucher code will be sent to the email you used to place your order, around the second week of October.
Will I get more than one in-game item if I order more than one cap?
No, you'll only receive one voucher code, which is valid for one in-game item.
