Hiya.

I can't seem to complete the purchase, each time I click 'Pay Now' nothing seems to happen.

Anyone else having this issue or any suggestible fixes?

Can anyone help with this please?

In response to Ms. Akhet, yes, I had the exact same problem.

Tried to send a note to their customer service account...but got deeply sidetracked by the Windows 10 Mail "App".

You need to disable adblockplus, the only way you can pay for it.

I used to work in a Printshop, and if these caps are REALLY stitched in and not just some basic cloth-like sticker that has been heat pressed on, then I could understand *20-*25.

The margin of profit on these hats are STEEP.

Regardless, I don't really find it justified that only ONE of these factions will get an in-game cosmetic. Why not just make all 7? Is it REALLY that hard?

Yes, my internal price checker came to the same conclusion.

this is an absurd promo, jagex, and is not in the best interest of the game.

besides the absurd cost (average cost in a high end retail store in a mall for a snapback mesh style cap is *20, compared the the $34 + shipping that jagex is charging) , the very fact that we have no actual choice on what god the ingame item will be based on let alone what it will look like is wrong. for the amount that you are charging we should have a choice on which god the ingame head gear is going to be.

better yet, we simply should get a code that gives us an ingame head gear item that is for the god that we picked a head cap for.

make one ingame head item for each god that has a cap and stop this random nonsense.
Arguing with me is pointless.

I would have to say that to have a fair random chance competition, there should be a lower entry bar to make it fun. $20-25 not including shipping is an acceptable amount for a hat with random chance. But $35, not including shipping, (since you say you cant control prices) has to guarantee a return. Otherwise just sell the hat and secretly have done the in-game item, that way being strong armed wouldn't have been a factor.

If Jagex were to add on 1 month of membership, some TH keys, and/or runecoins, I'd imagine more players would be inclined to jump in on this offer. Despite the excellent quality, the current price seems to guarantee that a smaller pool of players will be purchasing this item. Jagex could probably gain alot more profit, and even multiply the number of folks purchasing these hats if they were to simply add on a month's membership or other type of incentive. I'm tempted for the in-game cosmetic, but not at this current price and bundle. :P
