AARGHH....BRAIN DRAiN..... WHAT THE HELL IS ALL THESE?!?!?!
I JUST WANT TO LOG IN WITH MY MONTHLY RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION AND PLAY THE DAMN GAME.

DO I NEED TO DO CANCEL MY EXISTING METHOD AND BUY THESE "BONDS" INSTEAD?!?!?!?! DOES IT MEAN THAT IF I DONT DO THE NEW METHOD, I WILL LOSE ALL MY LOYALTY POINTS ETC ?!?!!?!?!

CAN'T YOU JUST CONVERT/CHANGE THE METHOD TO "BONDS" WITHOUT ME HAVING TO DO ANYTHING ABT IT?

IF YOU HV FAILED IN THE PAST WITH THESE GOLD FARMER, DOUBT THIS WILL WORK OTHER THAN CAUSE MORE INCOVENIENT TO US PLAYER WHO JUST WANT TO PLAY THE GAME!

Please explain else I am really quitting. Enough inconvenient as it is with yr stupid "live" audio streaming when you lack the bandwidth for it. Btw ie lumby war ! Dont you realise by now NOBODY CARES abt it and it causes major lags with your ever daily diminishing amount of paying clients?
Nothing is changing regarding the existing methods of purchasing membership. If you have a monthly recurring membership this will continue on as normal and you will not have to do anything new.

I can't really see how this will stop gold farming to a certain extent. I mean sense these are tradable, what is stopping these gold farms buying these. Then selling them for in-game currency and then sell the in-game currency. Unless the in-game price of bonds is cheap where they can't turn a profit from. But even then if their cheaper to buy with in-game currency, what is stopping the player base who buys gold from buying the gold for these bonds? Maybe I just didn't hear Mod MMG right and/or miss understand what he was saying. :|

Im not hating but this looks like jagex will indirectly sell GP again. Even easier than with the FoS. You buy these bonds WITH REAL MONEY and sell them for like 10,50 or 60m GP to another player. Didn't Jagex say that, except for Membership, you will not have an advantage over other players. I get that gold farming is a serious issue but there must be a better solution. Solomons store was at least only cosmetic. Jagex is pumping "drug"s into the drug market to fight it.

Hi, I am Katie and I’m embarrassed to admit it but I bought gold from a gold farming site. The website re-used my parent’s credit card details and racked up thousands of dollars in fraudulent online purchases. They contacted the police but were told there was nothing they could do to help as the website is based in China and the bloody website is still running!



I hope she got banned.

@Mod jane , Question about the runefest tickets.

Am i right in thinking for £105 i can get 35 bonds and use them for 2 runefest tickets?

Basically £80 or so off

I like the idea because it's official; it's the same as the ********* issue; they should legalise it, and traffic it themselves, to ensure that it's safe, rather than let the criminals deal with it and make a profit.

Buying membership with these things is a great idea too.

Obviously there will still be some gold farmers selling at lower prices, but I think the legitimacy of bonds will make it by far the superior system. I'm just a man; I'm not a hero.
