I believe Microsoft is opening up Windows 10 upgrades for all of their laptops for free, but I could be wrong. I would look into that and then try again. :)

i am using windows 7 not 10 got an older laptop.

Hello,

My friend has recently a problem with logging in, he is an old user of runescape.
his accounts name was 9moria, and he can not remember his ******** neither can he access the email address that he had set for that (like he doesn't even know the email address any more) and jagex shows the email like sp*****@m**.*** (example).

So what is the way that he could access his old account?
he knows the previous ********* (if needed).

The thing I also don't like about this, is the fact that it won't let me get the rewards from the last two levels of the Stronghold of Security on Old School RuneScape, due to the fact that I CAN'T use the authenticator. I don't own a smartphone; I have no use for one. You've screwed up again, Jagex. :@
