so when can we hear you announce a warning that trojans have bypassed peoples authenticators its happend to all these games that used the same program

world of warcraft

blizzard

diablo III

and these games are far bigger than this game with more available revenue streams , what makes you think your* so special .honestly whomever came up with this needs to be terminated immediately imbeciles

jagex needs to post a new article on how to install the PC/APP for windows 7 with step by step instructions that actually works...and a link for the program to download to use the PC/APP for windows 7


in the future when jagex releases new updates and new stuff it might be a good idea to make sure it works...it'd save the community alot of headache and hassle

Yes we definately need an article with step by step instructions and hopefully the code stays up there longer than 30 seconds or I am sunk. I take ages following instructions especially when I am am not sure what I am doing

Not everyone is good at setting up online things like this or use fancy phones. My husband bought an android phone and I was planning to get one, but after seeing him struggle finding things on the phone, I changed my mind. I have enough trouble using my old phone and texting.lol

My son had to teach me how to book programs when we used to have sky *v. But these days he is sooo busy with his own life and work I do try to work thru these sort of thing by myself but its not easy. Jagex needs to realise not all their players are adept at this sort of thing, and if they are making a big change like this, thorough instructions are needed for those who need them.

another question I have is which device is registered so to speak with this program. With Jag, even tho I was using the same laptop I ended up having 2 devices set up as I had an internet t stick as well as a modem, and ended up having to have the tstick registered as well to play( if that makes sense)
