After taking a break from RuneScape for few months, I just recently found out about Authenticator. I just set up Authenticator on my account yesterday and I'm so glad that I did! It's pretty neat and my account feels a lot more protected now. Good job Jagex!

I have the authenicator on my phone, but it take me too long to close it, open the companion, log in and put the code in - by that time the code has expired. I'm not the fastest at touch typing admittedly but it's very annoying. Shame because I wanted to use the companion, but now won't be.

hai, i have a smart phone, i did download the apps it works pretty nicely but there is something problem about my old email that i have registered on runescape, i want to change my old email to my new email, i forgot my old email on runescape that i registered for long time ago..can you Mods help to remove my old email? if you guys can that would be great, thank you

My friends account was almost hacked with authenticator up and JAG. the hacker was able to get through the Authenticator but was stopped by the JAG. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE JAG AS THERE ARE NO RECOVERY QUESTIONS ANYMORE!!!!!!

It doesn't remember my account, should be looked into.

I log in with FB if that is what interupts it. Done in both Chrome and Zilla, no difference.

Hey I Need help. I Keep getting hacked because somebody knows the email user name I use to login and in order to change my pase-Word I need to know my real email I used that's linked to this account and I don't. And its a huge problem for me because I want to receive emails from jagex on important things and I want to change my pase-Word Can a mod please private message me to my account the email I have used on this account so I can further play this game that I love. Please!

P.S i know its not spelt pase-Word but i need to do it that way so its not blocked
