JAG works, this authenticator is trash.

We all know you sure as hell wont reimburse players who end up with account breaches and hijacked items after this. You'll still somehow claim it their fault.

JAG works, this authenticator is trash.

I'm not gonna knock the Authenticator since it does seem pretty useful in a way. But personally I rather have JAG, I'm not a big fan of using my phone to log in. And I can also understand that not many players have smart phones and wouldn't want to be thrown under the bus if JAG was removed. The only reasonable thing to do is keep JAG for the rest of us who prefer it and can't use the new system.
If not... then well... you can see what everyone else is saying, haha

it seems thx to players not jagex information on how to do this authenticator with no phone is possable,but first ive got to sync time then down load third party switch between opened tabs on a crappy laptop that doesnt like more than 1 page open at a time and do it in under 30 secs ,seems i need some one else to do it for me old git i be thus compromising my security no matter what i do ,so chuffed and happy time to jump for joy at this update that saves them money wish i knew how to paste reasons for removal of jagex.

If you're using the Google Authenticator and it isn't working for you, download the HDE OTP Generator instead. I just tried logging into my account using HDE and I finally went through.

(Remove the space between "c" and "o" in c om, and replace the 3 stars with otp)
