This. I found my Recovery Questions removed. How do I set new ones?

We removed the ability to set new Recovery Questions about 2 years ago when JAG was introduced. There were some interfaces that still mentioned them which we didn't change until today - these are now removed as well.
Does this mean my old Recovery Questions are still set, just unchangeable and I can still use them to recover my account manually?

Hey Mod Rascasse :D ,


I installed the Google Authenticator A** on my IPod. I scanned the barcode and typed in the six digit code that showed up on my IPod screen.


But the problem is, it keeps saying , " Sorry the code you entered was incorrect. Please try again. If you entered the correct code, please check the clock on your phone is set to the correct time " . I did type in the correct code and my IPod has the correct time on it too.


Do I have to change my time to BST or something like that ?? Is the codes on my IPod not correct ??



If you could leave a reply, that would be great. I'm having trouble and wondering on how to fix the problem :D

What about JAG? Has it been removed?? this is something I need to know, because I don't have a smartphone and you can't download anything if you're on a public computer!

If JATG has been removed then I have no other way of keeping my account safe and still being able to use another computer

What If I don’t have a smartphone/device?

The Windows authenticator will also work with a windows pc or a Mac, so you’ll be able to get the code directly from your pc. However, we strongly advise you install this app on a different computer to that which you play on, in case either computer is compromised – so your account isn’t immediately lost.

Is it as safe as JAG?

Yes, the Authenticator is more secure than JAG as you always need access to your phone or device – hijackers from across the world won’t be able to access that! The authentication code will change every 60 seconds and so is not guessable, whereas JAG questions were unchangeable and in some cases, could be guessed.

What happens if I get a new phone?

You can reset the authenticator by email.

chibi cant do on other devices as she cant talk tho ^^ so I have to use computer as long as I can get it too work
