Why are the outfits not available to me?

We are aware that some players are not getting the Skypouncer outfit unlocked. We are working on a fix to this, but in the mean time - please submit a billing ticket so our billing team can investigate this for you!

As a grandfathered member I pay $60 US per year. The gold for a year is $86.50 US. I am not going to pay $26.50 more just for some cosmetics, pets, spin a day, and loyalty points. I already have over 400k loyalty points now after buying all the aura's I wanted and all the emotes. I definately will not be buying this.

Agree with you. I have grandfathered membership for $5 US, that's $60 US a year, cheaper than even 2013 gold premiere membership. It was about $74 US -can't remember the change- but at least it was worth it, specially for the 2k runecoins. Now they come up with two dumbass pigs? Pigs??!!! And a blue star next to the name on the in-game chat, woop dee doo! Who gives a flying f-- oops, pig if I can afford gold membership?! Not to mention that loyalty points after a certain point are totally useless because Jagex hasn't added anything new to Xuan's shop for a long ass time even before having his shop stolen by Solomon. So, I have membership accumulated till February and after that -I hope- I go back to the $5 US a month and just buy a game card if I'm really interested in a promotion. It'll be cheaper than this 2014 gold premiere dumbassery. I sure will have a better use for the 86 dollars next month and it will be for a lifetime, not just one year. LOL

Last year it was 75 bucks, so only $15 more for the year for those of us locked at $5/month. So it was basically 2000 Runecoins for $15. That, to me, was a good deal. That's why I bought it.

This one is $26 more for some useless Loyalty points, which I already have like 300k unspent ones. If they included the 2k Runecoins again, then I'd see the value and would buy it. But I guess Jagex doesn't want my money...

EXACTLY!!! That's why I payed the $15 last year, not paying $26 for two dumb pigs, an extra green-sh*t-face spin ticket per day and loyalty points I won't use. I haven't used up what I've accumulated in 2 years yet, let alone 150k more.

I would like to know when you are planning to give rewards to loyal members who have had membership for years in a row without any break who don't want to pay more for cosmetic items and a few bonus things....just sayin

If you really think about it, jagex are playing this really smart, although still a **** move.
- First jagex introduces a terrible yearly membership offer (some people will buy it, others will question it like we are now)
- They then announce that it will be buy-able with bonds in the near future, Thus causing a demand for bonds because people would rather spend the hilariously large amounts of cash in game on the membership than the hilariously large real life price tag.
- The people buying bonds to sell for gold will start buying more bonds because they are getting more GP to the dollar/pound/whatever.
- The rich community will spend these on membership
It is easy to forget that although you are not paying for something when you buy with a bond, jagex are making a much larger margin for every bond redeemed compared to the actual value of the thing in question (spins, membership, runecoins). So yes... all in all, the poor folks of rs get screwed... unless of course they buy it with irl money
Jagex set the irl value of the membership way too high because they would rather people buy it with bonds because they make WAY more money when people use bonds.
I didn't say this when bonds were released, but I am actually really impressed with the economic impact they have on your company, without affecting the economy in game. (p.s. this isn't me saying i approve of this money grabbing scheme or the price tag of the membership)
____
I guess this is also the reason you guys wouldn't add runecoins into the mix EVEN THOUGH they are a completely VIRTUAL currency and are spent on VIRTUAL items that wouldn't cost the company ANYTHING to sweeten the deal. But like i mentioned earlier, they don't WANT to sweeten the deal, they want it to be as unappealing as possibly without making it obvious.

Never thought of it this way, but it makes sense. All boils down to money and they can kiss my rear for next year. LOL

WOW SO EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

$74.95 for 1 year member, gold premier club is $85.99, or 24 bonds.
total saving from paying real money
is
-$11.04

$74.95 - $85.99 is -$11.04
total saving from paying bond with real money
is
$11.36

$5/14 days member is $0.357/day times by 365 is $130.36
$130.36 - $120 is $11.36
total saving from paying in game money
is
20.71m

10m/14 days is 714.29k gp/day times by 365 is 260.71m
24 bonds times 10m ea is 240m
260.71m - 240m is 20.71m
In conclusion is cheaper to buying regular member with real money or pay through bond buying premier club.
you will always save no matter what is price for bond.

however 10m per bond is the highest amount to buy with gold from gold farmer with real money, beyond that you will be paying way more than $86.

Last year at $75.00 US dollars the 2,000 Runecoins which let me get Bank Space Boosters made the Gold Premiere members worth getting, even though it was $15.00 more than I would pay with the Loyalty rate.

This year the price for the Gold Premiere membership is $86.50 which would make it $26.50 more than the *60.00 Loyalty rate I could pay otherwise, and there is not enough incentive in the package for me to pay more in an economy where I have more expenses with prices going up for necessities, and less money coming in because of a decrease to my income.

This year there are no Runecoins, and no new bank space boosters, and instead Loyalty points which I already have 200,000 of. Loyalty points just are not as useful as Runecoins.

The main reason for me to consider the Gold Premiere package this year is because it can be purchased using Bonds bought with GP instead of using real money, though if someone didn't already purchase Bonds via in game wealth before the price of Bonds went up on the GE, the GP price in Bonds may be too high to be appealing. Thankfully I started buying Bonds through the GE before the price jumped to nearly 10,000,000 GP per Bond, and was able to buy all but 2 for 8m GP each or less. The last two Bonds cost me over 9.8M GP each, and I would not have been able to afford 24 at that price.

For me the Gold Premiere package offers very little compared to last year. It would be hard to say if it would be worth paying in advance based on the Promo items when we don't know what they will be. The Runecoins not being in the package makes a big difference, and the increased price over last year would be too much, were I not paying with Bonds bought with in game wealth.

Even the Bonds price seems high, as you only save 2 Bonds over what it would otherwise cost to pay in Bonds over a year. I think the Bonds price should be 18 to 22 Bonds.

I hope Jagex will consider adding in Runecoins.
Hi.
