Is the Skypouncer outfit supposed to unlock immediately after purchasing the gold package or at a later date?

I've got the bloodpouncer, clown mask, aurora armour, capoeira outfit, piggles and commander porkins unlocked just now. The skypouncer outfit is still unavailable though.

Nice Rip Off.

I was pretty sure before I was not going to be buying a new Premier Club sub, seeing as how an extremely disappointing year this has been for RS.
But now after seeing the hiked pricetag I am absolutely certain I won't.
In fact, chances are high that I actually would have bought into it, had the Premier Club in fact been cheaper than last year. O_o :P :@ :O

I would like to reiterate some of what has been said in regards to runecoins. I bought the highest membership last year mostly for the runecoins, extra spin, and the savings that came with it. I currently have over more loyalty points than I know what to do with. Having an additional 150k, will bring me I think over 300k to which there is nothing interesting to spend it on. I would much rather have 2,000 or 3,000 runecoins instead.

Second, the pets seems useless to me. Since cats were released way back when, I have rarely ever had any pets. I only have a pet if for some reason I need it for a quest. That said, those are completely useless. The cosmetic over rides might be nice but it's very hard to quantify if those alone are worth continuing my membership. The VIP items are ok but for the most part not needed. The worlds I play on are already decently empty.

Overall, I am not sure these packages are worth it this year. I would love to have the option of runecoins. That alone would help tremendously in the decision making process.
