How many bonds are needed for gold membership? Please please please let us know.

I am disappointed that the promotional items does not include the Ornate Katana and Lighting Staff. (Maybe it does, it is not stated otherwise) So I'll probably end up getting the silver package.

I quite like the idea of the premier packages, this year will be my first year purchasing one. I usually have membership for the whole year and I pay monthly so about $180 AUD so $100 is a marked improvement. I would like to know when the premier package offers will end, does anyone know when it will? Thanks
