New weapons are needed in the game, you should look over at the 'New game content suggestions'.

But for now lets keep to prestige! LOL

I voted against prestige as well because i don't like getting a 99 from scratch or even double the amount of xp for getting it again. Maybe you could make all skills like dungeoneering, so every skill gets a 99 and a 120 cape. This would give the players with 99 a reason to keep going instead of just keeping the 13m xp, that leaves 187m 'useless' experience people only get because they haven't got anything else to do. Maybe that could also be a possible entrance for new, high level training methods for all skills. It's just an idea but i think jagex would do a great job if they do realise it :) .

i tought that the main goal of the game was to get a 99. not a 99 after 99 all over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.............and over....................... again. then whats the point to a 99? i would prefere a new skill ^^ wonder whats the next one is goin to be

I just couldn't understand what prestige was actually supposed to do. The last information I read said any rewards would be unlocked the moment you reset to 1 (with nominal appearance updates as you gained additional prestiges). I could see most people resetting just for the reward, then swapping back to 99 and forgetting about the system. Few people would use it *because* there are no extra rewards.

In terms of a competitive high scores...that's a pipe dream, honestly. Down the road, new players would have absolutely no chance. When Jagex spoke of seasonal high scores originally, I had hoped skills would be included. That's the only way I can see any type of skill based high score being competitive. Otherwise, after a few months, only the handful of players at the top care any more.

I was happy until I read this part. Don't re-evaluate, just drop it please... Don't ruin this game anymore than you already did, the Prestige System was marking the grave for the game. 5.2B XP is an accomplishment that a lot of people are trying to achieve, just don't ***** up the HiScores with something removing OR adding another place for another system so it would be two separate HiScores. OK, if you were a player with 5B XP and they bring in something like this, would you be happy? I would certainly not, I wasted years on no-lifing this game, and in the end they release something to ***** it up? I love that there is a 200M limit, it gives a reason for someone to play and achieve it, unlike the Prestige, which would just go on forever.
Again, please don't re-evaluate, the poll failed, leave it alone, don't try to ruin the game anymore.

There are tons of weapon discussions there, and yeah I would rather have a new skill then an increase to 120 or continuous 99s. :P
