I have commented before about lowering rage on max xpers but reading through the comments I have to agree having up to level 120 maybe a better idea.
Look at all the dead skills... no one wants to smith anymore because dragonplate bodies, dfs, and rune armour have all turned to trash, due to the newer enemies dropping lots of rune equipment and new weps/armour can be cheaper and better than the smithable, such as comparing an dragonplatebody to an bcp. Smithing would be popular again if one could modify weapons like smithing untradable and degradable barbed wires to wrap around weapons and deal some extra damage or other possible ad-ons (I have a thread about this).
Summoning needs some serious updating... steel titan is the same combat level as an iron titan and has 70 in each stat... with an level 99 requirement. If summoning was perhaps a bit cheaper like you have done to magic (reduced rune consumption), Id be happy to train it up to 120 and get familiars with better combat ability, making them suitable for these newer bosses... cant even hit graador with a steel titan. Another thing, the cb familiars in dungneering have turned useless, a sachem skinweaver scroll heals only 100 (1000 with all 10 scrolls), and it cost over 4000lps worth of food to make 10 scrolls.
Also these skill imbalances... what's with requiring 99 smithing for a level 50 melee body while requiring only 56 crafting for a level 50 mage body. There is also no requirement to kill bats for their hides while mining runite for the platebody takes 85 mining, along with 40 coal
