Jagex, you can sod right off...
As the Keepsakes were purchased in November - several months prior to the Flaming Skull coming to Solomon's Store; I feel that this would constitute fair use of the items you have purchased; therefore, I cannot refund the Rune Coins you have previously used on items.

If you like, I am more than willing to add a further 10 Spins to your account?

EDIT: Well jagex does comprehend things. They did indeed remove the 10 'reimbursement' spins as I wished them too. If only they weren't money-hungry sods and would have followed the definition of exclusive. Or given proper reimbursement... 1 wasted keepsake key...

apperently Lance was telling the truth, after a few messages sent to them they came back with "we have refunded you 132 runecoins (the price of 2 keys)...umm 140 is enough for one. and thats not enough for the item i spent my keys on in the first place...

i also got this in the message (We have advised players that certain Game Card items will be making their way into Solomon's Store over time.) umm the one item you said that this you would do this to was not part of the Mar 18 update, the items that were released in the Mar 18 update specifically said *Available from this date - this date* & * ONLY part of the gold membership package*

people were not mad when the items were released a second time because they would still retain their exclusiveness in game.

The world calls us Americans greedy...almost 60 pages and we havent gotten a good responce from jagex. The Runescape tres beta isnt going to make up for how you guys ripped us off.

again as mod debrin said "people with those items ave had enough time to be ahead of the pack..." so has everyone else that had a Real exclusive item exs: EVERY FREAKIN REAl DISCONTINUED ITEM!!!

why is the number 3 & the word beta side by side censored?

Why not add Santa Hats and Party Hats to Solomon store while at it?

I bought every item the day they came out the first time around. I didn't buy Premium Membership because I already own every item. Why must I pay again for the same items I already possess?!

You should update your game to where if we bought the Game Cards to unlock items it also unlocks the items for free in Solomon Store so we don't have to pay to make our items in to cosmetics override.
