Well it looks like a high possibility that this thread has been dismissed by the moderators. I suggest spreading the message through new avenues like facebook to help us be heard.
BUT REMEMBER, keep it civil and to the point or we'll be dismissed again for "throwing a tantrum"

My concerns:
*Players should not have to pay for a cosmetic override of an item they have already purchased
*The Loyalty Store should have been a higher priority for upgrading
*Why such a selective choice of items? All items purely decorative(no in-game advantages) should be upgraded to cosmetic overrides. AND should not be charged with real world money. Loyalty points or quest/task reward would be more acceptable

There are already some outfits in the loyalty shop, why not add some more.
I think everyone with runecoins should be compensated in loyalty points, solomons shop removed and all the items added to the loyalty shop.

The Loyalty Store needs an upgrade so that its items become part of the customisation interface

my problem is i keepsaked my skull months ago and now you introuduce a way of having it anyway with changeable colors...the one in my keepsake is only one color please either refund me my one keepsake key or allow me to recolor my skull like the other ones

I haven't really been following this topic as I have all the vanity items from buying the actual game cards, as well as I bought the Gold Premier package as it was a great deal regardless.

Has it been mentioned anywhere why they opted for cosmetic overrides rather than physical items? If they can't make the physical items unlock the cosmetic overrides then maybe having Solomon grant a physical item would be better. That is possible seeing as that is how the Achievement Banner works.

I'm just disappointing that I can't override my physical item (Without a Dragon Keepsake Key) which I paid for under the pretense that it was a limited time ONLY offer, which once missed wouldn't occur again. But now seeing people walking around with the items as an override while I'm stuck with the physical non-override version really grinds my gears. xP

They should have thought about this better, (or not at all) either by releasing it on SGS as a physical item to be bought, or by releasing it on the SGS as an override while at the same time making all the variants an override and refunding the Dragon Keepsake Keys to all those who currently had the items in the Dragon Keepsake Box.

Or simply releasing the items on the LOYALTY shop as a physical item.
