When i first heard of this skill, i assumed that we'd be getting something that ties in with other skills.
Now i admit you have achieved this by transmuting and giving free resources to all, but this way of collecting memories from certain places all over the world is just a poor way of representing the skill.
why wouldn't you have these wisps appear upon:
-the death of an enemy
-mining a rock for its resource
-falling a tree
-completing an agility course lap
-checking health of a tree
-catching a fish
-thieving a chest
-completing a minigame
obviously you dont want these things popping out every time you do anything, but at varying degrees of rarity.
just to bring life back into these other parts of the skills its could prove a lot more useful then stuffing everybody in 10 lvl increment camps for days.
