If you actually would of looked through the post's instead of just posting you will notice that I actually just asked that question. The Divination skill is locked from xp lamp's for right now. Could be from two week's to a month.

99 and wait 1 month after this skill has been out. ITS sad you have 3 different J-mods telling people 3 different things. But they will put off and update for warbands and not allow BXP on a skill that is the slowest in recent history.

Since you seem to be so keen on giving out bonus xp, it's about time we get to use it on Divination. 80 people got 99, rank 1 is at 18.6m xp, the only race is that for 200m. Another two weeks won't matter for that race. I have 15 lamps I want to use here >****;.

This is the worst skill they have ever released. Literally no thought has gone into it at all. It's incredibly boring and incredibly slow.

It requires no skill or intelligence (clearly like the person who thought of it)
