4. No Unique Weapons. No wepaon special = boring weapons as I'v previously stated.
Making certain melee weapons the same stats like Chaotic Rapier and Chaotic Longsword? Comeon whats the point of that?...DON'T get me wrong I'm fine with a staff, cbow, and melee weapon having same stats with same lvl requirement because they r unique to one another in terms of class, But to make weapons like the CR and CLS same speed, att and damage and anyother weapons that suffer this fate just makes them lose value and the "good for certain situations" senario. Also, when it comes to spears I think they should be a fast but not much damage output 2hander (like the saradomin sword). We have the normal 2handers for the slow power. This will help add to the "uniqueness" (yes u have or gonna see that word alot) that I and other players want for the weapons.
5. Experience gain to Combat Level Ratio. This should NOT be implimented for the shere fact some high/mid lvls don't kill lower lvl creatures just for fast exp they also do it to gather resourses. EXAMPLE: killing druids or flesh crawlers for herbs. What about slayer and those Slayer masters that love to give low level tasks to high lvl players? Either way NO player high or low should be penalized for taking that option path. This would make the wonderful jouney through RS a more linear experience.
