Gratz Jagex u finaly know how to make money by putting 750k when thats barely the population of the game when theres 1m accouts made when everyone has like 1-4 accouts... theres no way we would make 750k and they all know it biggest mmorpg lmao? i see 67k people i want the servers to come up but for 20$ a month wtf is that they want u to buy membership to vote to buy aanother membership when the servers come out good job jagex...

To be honest, having a shop for rares is a terrible idea. I think the only fair alternative is to have them be a drop chance from monsters. It's not only a training initiative, but it's also a way for people who loved their rares to still enjoy them.

The temporary nature of the drop chance is what would make it rare. After the drop chance event is over, the rares that dropped, are the rares that stay. End of story.

Saying its unfair to put it as a drop is only unfair to the people who abstain from combat, or didn't get a drop.

"Oh, you camped corporeal beast for 5 days and didn't get a sigil? that's an outrage. Let's open a shop." doesn't quite make sense.
